So to be honest, just give it a go and see what YouTube say (if anything) when you upload it, and if there is copyrighted audio featured, just remove it! It didn't get me a copyright strike but I believe all monetization went to the third party owner. It was only until I uploaded it and YouTube flagged it as featuring copyrighted music that I realised there was a problem. Obviously other songs were played during the time I was playing the game, such as the Star Wars theme tune etc.but they weren't flagged as copyrighted. It was The Falcon Still Flies by John Williams (theme music when you first find the Millenuim Falcon) and I didn't think anything of it at first.
